If you have sensitive skin & are prone to irritation/reactions, you can book a complimentary skin patch test to ensure your skin agrees with our products. We’ll apply a small amount of facial products to your skin and wait 24 hours to make sure there's no irritation.

Not at all! Our facials are designed to be relaxing and gentle while still effective. If you are getting a Signature facial, sometimes extractions are necessary, which can be a little uncomfy but you can always opt out. :)
Some clients may experience mild purging as impurities come to the surface, but it usually clears quickly.
